Shelley will be joining us for two days at our Exclusion and Embrace conference.  She’ll be kept busy pencilling cartoons based on the interactions she observes and these will be shown on the screen.

Shelley is a cartoonist and illustrator who has been drawing professionally for over 20 years. Since graduating from The Victorian College of the Arts, Shelley has produced work for a broad range of clients in the arts, welfare, corporate, government and publishing sectors. Her work has been published widely; in books by Macmillan and Heinemann publishers, and by magazines including The Big Issue and Eureka Street.

Shelley’s newspaper work has included editorial cartoonist positions with The Darwin Sun and The Melbourne Age. She is completely committed to her Art, to the point of smoking a pipe and growing a goatee.
